Shipping Information

General

All our orders are processed are shipped from our state-of-the-art lobster facility in New Harbour, Newfoundland.

We take great pride in ensuring that all orders arrive in pristine condition. All orders are shipped using express service.

To ensure our product arrives in pristine condition, we can guarantee next business day delivery when your order is placed by 10AM NST. If you place your order after 10AM NST, we will guarantee delivery in 2 business days. All shipments require a signature, so someone must be home to sign for the shipment.
.Currently, we ship only to metropolitan areas within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to rural areas or Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories. Shipping eligibility will be determined at the time of checkout through Postal Code evaluation.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship outside of Canada.
In order to ensure our product is fresh when it arrives, we cannot offer delivery dates on Sundays, Mondays or Saturdays.

Shipping Options

 We offer express shipping with FedEx. The cost of shipping will be determined during checkout and will depend on the size of your order, delivery address and shipping option chosen. Our shipping options are as follows:

FedEx Priority Overnight®

FedEx Priority Overnight®  is available to all provinces across Canada. Door-to-door, next-business-day, morning delivery to most metropolitan areas. 

FedEx Standard Overnight™

FedEx Standard Overnight™ is available to all provinces across Canada. Delivers overnight, next business day delivery by 5 p.m. to businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences across Canada in most metropolitan areas.

Newfoundland Lobsters are a seasonal product and our lobsters have sold out. We'll be back in May of 2021 with more fresh, Newfoundland Lobsters!
